Biography

Dr Bahram Alamdary Badlou, CEO of BBAdvies and Research is PhD Hematology. Dr Badlou has more than 15 years Clinical and Basic Research Medical Biology and Scientific training and experiences to study human pathological and Biochemistry processes of Ageing related diseases, Antioxidants bioremediations, mitochondrial functions, transient metabolic suppression, at microscopic and macroscopic levels, using broad range of techniques i.e. rodent and mice models, animal heart surgery, Cell culturing techniques, in vitro and ex-vivo cellular assays, Western blot and q-PCR, FACS Flow cytometry quantification and sorting of cells, High Confocal Microscopy, live video microscopy of prediction model system of immunologic reactions post transfusion, adhesion tests, aggregation tests, hematooncological assays, DNA studies inclusive cell differentiation and proliferation assays, EPCAM involvement in both regeneration versus gasteroinstestinal cancerogenous processes. Dr Badlou during last 18 years Research studies from bench to bed developed 1) DNA-Protein expression model system to study cancer metastasis and proliferation possibilities 2) Mitochondrial metabolism Hibernation Model Systems to prolong shelf life of blood cells and prevent cancerogenous processes 3) Quantification of Receptors at blood cells- Model Systems to study phagocytic processes of primed cells and proteins Dr Badlou future plan is to lead a Academic Hospital and/or Cell Biology department to investigate how cells and organs can be metabolically repaired and regenerated for Transfusion and Transplantation Sciences, offer solution to needs of Army, Emergency Medicine Clinics and Hospitals.
